Absolutely brilliant service! Jason was knowledgable and took the time to answer my questions, and help me set up my new phone. His and his colleague's friendly conversation with us was much appreciated, as it made the lengthier transaction I had to do easier to get through. The store offered a great deal too! Mastercard gift cards for getting a new plan there, including one that was a special offer for the Burlington Mall grand opening.

Great service! A new phone was delivered from another store in the time it took Rogers to finally let me go! Ha.They did an excellent job of handling a complex service change...while still training 2 new fantastic service reps. Koodos...pun intended...to the whole team!

Bell is the worst cell phone company to use. I ordered a new phone off the app, and had it shipped to my Moms cause I was away. They created a Bell account using my Moms personal information without her permission. When contacting customer support they hung up on me 4 times. They have refused to remove my Mom from the account they illegally made. NEVER USE BELL WORST CELL PHONE COMPANY AROUND

The girl forgot her name long brown hair rude and very unprofessional. It's not a dam fashion show from the first word that came out of her mouth she had big Barbie attitude I asked her a question and with a very ignorant look she took my phone without even asking then asked for my password like answer my questions and ask. And you gotta lose the attitude. Seriously! I just walked out of the store like no point. Customer service sucks big time !
