AWESOME day on our scooter! The countryside is absolutely enchanting and Bart made it super easy for us to see. We were still very jet lagged and didn’t get up in time for the 10am pick up. But Bart waited for us to make our way there to pick up our scooter. He gave us clear directions and showed us how to use the app we needed to get around the area. Awesome experience. Definitely recommend if you’re in the city for just a few days.

Very kind staff and explained everything throughly, i bought an adly gtc and they gave me some great deals and cute little accessories. Overall very satisfied with my purchase even helped me to find an insurance company!

I don't usually leave reviews like this but I do feel compelled to leave this review as a warning to anyone considering NIU e-scooter. I ordered an e-scooter online and they sent a defective product which stopped working as I was riding it approx. 10 days after receiving it. When I pressed the throttle, the scooter would only move forward an inch, regardless of whether non-zero starting was enabled or disabled. It was almost as if the regenerative brake was stuck on, but I don't know for certain. After submitting the details and videos of the problem to NIU, they misdiagnosed the issue and sent the wrong part (a replacement throttle) to repair it with, resulting in a scooter that still didn't work. I then returned the scooter, requesting a replacement rather than a repair of the existing one. They never responded to my multiple calls and emails about this request beyond we will get back to you in 48 hours". After a couple weeks with no confirmation of a replacement

Je ne connaissait pas beaucoup les ATV quand j'ai acheté là et on m'a passé un sapin.Un quad pratiquement neuf supposément, 150km au compteur. Vendu plein prix.Dès le premier mois, trois belts brisée. Dous garantie on a changé la clutch. Ensuite on a réalisé que la boite de la clutch était brisée, ils l'ont bien vu quand ils ont changé la clutch, mais ils ne l'ont pas réparé...Les trois mois suivants, le quad allait mal, starter fini, fenders, plastiques, eps, tout semble briser.À un autre concessionnaire, on me dit On dirait qu'il a été plongé dans un lac
