I took my car to Lamborghini Vancouver for service and the whole experience was like nothing I have ever had happen before with any of my other cars at any other dealership.From the moment I contacted Victor, he rolled out the red carpet and treated me like family. He made sure that everything was taken care of and he went above and beyond the white glove service their clients receive.He updated everything in my 2020 Evo entertainment system, did a full service and even handled a couple of minor recalls/updates and made recommendations. He even provided me with a courtesy car for 5 days - all at no charge under the great warranty the car has. I was even given a parting gift which I will treasure ( Thanks Victor!! :) )When I dropped the car off, Victor was not in that day and Lawrence greeted my wife and I and he was equally amazing , taking the time to talk about the upcoming service and showing us some beautiful cars ... these guys are all top notch.If you are looking for the best service experience ever for your exotic , go see these guys and /or get yourself into a Lambo ( go see Patrick for that , he'll take the same level of care with you , helping you make that happen ) and then when needing service , the Team there will handle everything and you can rest easy knowing you are in the most capable hands when looking after your dream car.I Highly recommend Lamborghini Vancouver

Cool place, great Cars & Coffee events throughout the years. Shoutout to the team for putting it together each time and for having everyone come in on a Saturday or Sunday, highly appreciated. The guy who runs it, Pasquale (?) I believe his name was- never gave the impression of being stuck up or up tight. I've been to the dealer during non-car event days and they didn't say anything when I walked in just to look around. Years back I got in a long conversation with a man named Nick who I believe was a mechanic who worked there, and we spoke for a while and he gave me a lot of good automotive insight. Highly appreciated.All in all, nice people. Never transacted with them, but in terms of organizing events and welcoming people, I'd say they do it well.
