BMW motorcycle dealer

Just bought a used BMW, Helene did a wonderful job. Once arrived home started to have issue, They came and picked up the bike to repair it. I am 2 hours aways from Carrier. They did good by me, thank Mike. I need to mention Moly at Reception she is just the sweetest, she is in big part the reason for the 5 Stars.

Bought my Stryker boat and Yamaha engine here this spring. Richard in sales was great deal with, straight forward and attentive. They took the time to walk me through my new purchase and ensure i was comfortable with the operation of it all. The whole process here was so easy.

Done first 600 miles at sycamore. Easy to find. Courtesy vehicle provided during the service for extra 10£. I am slightly confused with the total price. As on the phone, it was 40 £ less. Overall, it was good, friendly,and hassle free. The bike was washed. Free coffee upstairs.

I don't know if it's just me but I wanted to buy the Honda CBR that they have but we had a misunderstanding about doing a service on my bike that I was going to trade in. I asked Troy if it was okay to do the service myself or the dealership. He said he preferred the dealership just to make sure that there are no check engine lights on. So I thought It would be fine if I did it myself as long as there was no check engine light and any warning lights on. He said they would buy my bike for 7000 if the service was done out of my pocket or they can buy it for 6500 if they had to service it them selves. But it's fine I still bought the same bike that I wanted at a different dealership on the same day. Just surprised that a simple oilchange would be an issue just because I did it myself. I mean they would make money of my bike and they would also make money on the bike I was going to buy from them. Maybe it's just me...just make sure you guys have the receipts on the service done to your bike with this dealership.

These guys are the best. Samson gave me a tonne of new rider advice. Highly recommend coming here. I'll be a regular even though I live a ways away. Cheers

My husband and I were looking into Revit gear. We were going to try it on at the store to determine fit and size then buy online. We had great service from Shawn. He was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. It was Shawn's great customer service that we decided to buy at the store. There was a few mistakes with the items that had to be ordered in. The invoicing system delayed the transactions. 5 stars for Shawn but 2 stars for the store.Edit: miscommunications happen but still get a better system or train the staff on using it. At 1 transaction, 3 different associates tried to finalize the order. We were waiting at least 30-45 mins. It still wasn't done correctly but we overpaid just to leave. We had to call back to get refunded the difference.

Had wire showing on my tire. 5000+ miles.They were able to get me in and a new tire same day very short notice!

Service above anywhere in this field. A welcoming atmosphere and people. Glen went above and beyond to make sure my bike was repaired properly. They fixed a problem in a matter of 4 hours that another shop could not manage to fix in 5 days. The other shop threw parts at my bike with no result glen and his team diagnosed and repaired it properly the first time. My only regret is not buying my bike from them from the start. I will not be going anywhere else from now on and suggest the same to others. No matter where you are in the city it’s worth the trip here for the service, honesty and expertise. Keep up the hard work guys and thanks for taking care of me when other places had no time.

I picked up my new 2023 R1250 GS April 21. Rick, the staffer who delivered the bike was knowledgeable, reviewing with great patience the numerous features of the GS in detail, over about 1 hour. The GS has a steep learning curve, and Rick answered every question I had.For the GS’s first scheduled service at 1,000 km, I dropped the bike off first thing in the morning and received a call at noon saying the service was completed and the bike was ready for pick up.At pick up, Jordan, the service writer, reviewed in detail all service performed and items that were inspected.Overall, the new bike delivery and first service experiences were excellent, and fully met the high professional standards I expect of a premium motorcycle dealership.
